The clients can obtain their equipment with CLARO, or they can bring their own equipment (BYOP). The client can purchase an equipment that is compatible with the CLARO network. If the client brings their own equipment (BYOP), it is required that the equipment is a qualified GSM unblocked model. CLARO does not guarantee the operation of the equipment; therefore, the customer assumes full risk of the proper operation of the aforementioned equipment and releases CLARO from any and all claims or liability that arise from this situation. If this limit is exceeded before finalizing the billing period, access to the network will be blocked, or the client can acquire an additional package to reestablish the service through CLARO’s Customer Service Department and can use it before their current billing cycle finalizes. If the client has not acquired an additional package, at the commencement of the next billing cycle the service will be reestablished. Internet service is not available in the entire GSM coverage area.
